Who Uses Office Box Memberships?
Our space is perfect for freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and mobile professionals looking for a productive, community-driven workspace. Office Box fosters networking, collaboration, and creativity in a shared office environment.
How Do Memberships Work?
Choose the Membership That Fits You:
- Common Space Membership: Enjoy open seating with access to amenities and the conference room.
- Dedicated Desk Membership: Your own desk in a shared environment—bring your desktop, monitors, and personal touches!
- Virtual Office Membership: This membership provides a professional business address, mail/package reception, and 6 hours of meeting space access per month—perfect for remote professionals who need a business presence without a physical office.
- Furnished Private Offices: Need privacy? Step into a fully furnished office designed for focus, productivity, and success—your own private space to work, create, and thrive!
How Do I Pay?
Payments are made via ACH debit, credit, or debit card and are automatically billed monthly. Easily manage your membership, billing, and bookings via our online dashboard.
What Are the Office Hours?
- Full-time members: 24/7 secure access.
- Day passes: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Can I Use My Phone in the Space?
Absolutely! It’s a professional workspace, so phone calls are expected. Please be mindful of others, and use our phone booth for private calls.
Who Handles Cleaning?
A janitorial service provides weekly cleaning of shared spaces, but private offices are self-maintained. Help keep our community tidy by disposing of waste properly.
Do You Provide Printing Services?
No central printer is available. Private office members are welcome to bring their own printer.
Is the Space Secure?
Yes! The building is equipped with 24/7 security cameras and requires a keycard for entry.
- Common Space members should take their belongings home when leaving.
- Dedicated Desk members can store belongings in locking cabinets.
Additional Membership Policies:
- One-time admin & keycard fee applies.
- Monthly fees auto-charge on the 1st, granting continued keycard access.
- Late payments incur a $35 fee.
- Additional Employees:
Private office members may add employees for $50/month per person (Additional employees will also require a separate membership fee and keycard).

✔ Keep the Space Clean – Tidy up after yourself, especially in shared areas.
✔ Be Mindful of Noise – Take longer calls to the phone booth, conference room, or outside.
What’s Not Allowed?
No Children – Office Box is a productivity-focused space. Short visits are fine, but children should not stay.
No Animals – We love them but they are not permitted.
No Foul Language – We strive for a welcoming environment.
No Tobacco, E-Cigs, or Vapors – Please refrain from smoking inside.
No Kitchen Messes – Be considerate—clean up after yourself, take your refrigerator items home at the end of each week and avoid strong-smelling foods.
